UK Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £3.95, unless your order is over £50. We offer FREE delivery if you spend over this threshold. Your order will be sent with Royal Mail on a 2nd Class Signed for service, so please note you will need to be home to sign for your parcel. We post out every weekday and if you order before 12pm we will usually dispatch your order the same day.
Your order should arrive with you within 3-5 working days. Please note this could take longer due to circumstances outside of our control (eg Royal Mail strike, bad weather conditions etc).
If you parcel has not arrived within 10 working days please contact hello@beautifullybonkers.co.uk, quoting your order number, and we will investigate the whereabout of your parcel with Royal Mail.
‘Click & Collect’
If you are local to Builth Wells, you can choose our FREE ‘Click & Collect’ service. Place your order online and we will collect your goodies to be picked up whenever suits you, during our normal opening hours.
